Food and Beverage Requirements

Upon request, CJ’s Catering will provide plastic tablecloths for buffet tables, plastic plates, napkins, tableware, and serving utensils.  Glassware, china, flatware, and linens are available for a rental charge.  Existing tables are required for buffet set-up.
Guarantee numbers are required 5 business days prior to function.  A 50% deposit of estimated total bill is required at time of booking.  A minimum of $500 deposit is required for weddings.  All deposits will be applied to the final bill and are non-refundable.  Balance in full is due on date of function.  Catering events require a minimum of 25 people for delivery.  No minimum required for pick-up orders.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
